FullPort Import Export is led by its Founder & Director, based in Melbourne, Victoria. The firm was built around a simple observation: Australian small customers lose more money to communication gaps, supplier mismatch, quiet quality failures and customs surprises than they ever do to unit price.
We work bilingually across Mandarin and English, sit between you and the supplier on every commercial conversation, and treat the whole journey, including sourcing, sampling, manufacturing, freight, customs, delivery and after sales, as one engagement rather than eleven disconnected ones.
